Customer Tables

The Customer Tables module in WhiteStart serves as your organization’s centralized customer directory and master contact database. While Data Tables captures raw incoming submissions across custom forms, Customer Tables consolidates individual customer profiles into unified identity records linked to permanent Platform User IDs, assigned sales representatives, complete communication histories, and interactive 360-degree customer profile drawers.

Customer Tables Default View

Customer Tables provides relationship managers, sales executives, and support leads with an all-in-one cockpit to manage customer lifecycle stages, track consultation appointments, monitor budget parameters, and assign dedicated agents. Every customer record maintains continuous synchronization across WhatsApp, SMS, Meta Ads, web forms, and voice channels.

  • Unified Customer Identity (Platform User ID): Every contact is assigned a persistent workspace identifier (e.g., USR001, USR002) that ties together historical orders, conversation threads, and campaign clicks.
  • Interactive 360° Customer Profile Drawer: Click any customer name to access full contact info, editable form attributes, collaborative internal notes, and a live audit timeline with instant auto-save.
  • Multi-Agent Assignment (Manage Agents): Assign one or multiple team members to a customer profile for synchronized notification delivery and collaborative live response.
  • Segmented Pipeline Tabs: Partition customer records across operational categories such as Clients Info, Organization Details, Team member 1 Leads, and Team member 2 Leads.
  • Comprehensive Column Controls: Fine-tune the grid with column pinning (Pin Left / Pin Right / Unpin), column hiding, dynamic ordering ([ Order ]), and visibility toggles ([ Columns ]).
  • Direct Customer Ingestion (Import & + New Customer): Bulk import contact spreadsheets or manually provision new profiles with pipeline-specific attributes.

Navigate to Customer Tables using the primary navigation sidebar:

Customer Profile Drawer Overview

The profile drawer is divided into three primary functional areas:

  1. Contact Information: Displays primary email, phone number, Platform User ID, and the originating inbound source channel.
  2. Form Data: Dynamic attributes collected from forms or bots (including pipeline stages, demo times, and solution preferences).
  3. Metadata: Acquisition campaign attribution, creation timestamps, and assigned agent ownership.

Every edit made inside the Customer Profile Drawer is saved instantaneously without requiring a separate “Save” button:

Form Data Updated Auto-Save Toast

When you adjust any dropdown or text field (such as setting demo_completed to Yes or No), WhiteStart automatically saves the record to the database and displays a confirmation toast: Form data updated.

The drawer provides specialized, validated selection menus to update customer lifecycle stages and requirements:
